Holding a Master’s degree (MSc) in Management from EM Normandie, Emma has a background characterized by a strong international dimension and a commitment to business development. She notably worked for two years as a Project Manager at Business France, where she supported the international development of the Art de Vivre & Healthcare sectors.
As Co-founder and Managing Director of MEDIFURB, her role is to support the company’s commercial strategy and overall management, optimize internal coordination, and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
Valérie Josien – Director of Operations and Commerce
With over fifteen years of experience in operations, sales, and customer relations, Valérie Josien has a background marked by strong operational expertise and a cross-functional approach to commercial challenges. She notably worked for nearly two years at France Medical Enchères, where she contributed to the structuring of medical auction sales and acted as a key interface between clients, sales teams, and operations.
As Director of Operations and Commerce at MEDIFURB, she is responsible for driving operational and commercial performance, structuring internal processes, supporting sales development, and strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. She has been based in Portugal for the past two years.
